« A very nice modern cottage close to Holworthy. The cottage is spacious and equipped with all tools you require for a good holiday. There are 2 sleeping rooms, separated by a corridor and living/diningroom, with both a bathroom en-suite. One has a kingbed and the other a double bed. The terras is equipped with bbq, jacuzzi and sitting area. There is safe dishwater for outside, for inside there is sufficient kitchenware. The living room is spacious and has a nice fireplace. « We stayed at Waterland Farm as a family of 9 (plus 1 dog) for a long weekend break and it was brilliant. The house is very spacious with lots of facilities, including a toy room for the kids, a PS /x-box and old-school vinyl record player. The outdoor area is massive and the kids loved the football goal and playground. As it states the field isn’t secure for a dog as there are open areas but she still enjoyed a run around. Overall a great place to stay and we would return! »
