It definitely seemed more like it was in a secluded area and not on a neighborhood street in the pictures. The coffee machine doesn't really work. The ac struggles to stay cold even when it's set on 70 degrees during the day, it gets up to 78 in the place. Also think it should have more ice trays if the ice machine is not going to be working. I also recommend that the owner takes a look at the flooring. Because there is lots of seams in the flooring coming up. And if you catch your feet on it barefoot it hurts quite a bit. The location is great in the overall design and layout of the place is very good. It just needs some Fine-tuning. Also, please make sure to tell the cleaning ladies to go into the shower and clean around the edge of window sill. It was dirty with looks like some kind of bugs and then cobwebs.

Check in was easy and quick. Kitchen had lots of things! Sugestion would be more spiced garbage bags and zip lock bags and an ice maker. We love the treats provided and the luring coffee! Lots of pots and pans to choose from, toaster and even a mini waffle maker ! .

Birthday Getaway

We had a great stay! The home was decorated beautifully, the bed in the main bedroom was very comfortable. The location was close to shopping, restaurants, and our friends. The only reason I gave it a four out of 5 was because it was a duplex and we had no idea until we arrived. The neighborhood was very quiet. Thank you Michelle for being a great hostess!

And another, we really enjoyed the birds!

Well stocked home in a great location. Easy access to see all that the springs have to offer. Host was very prompt to answer any questions and she made sure we had a great stay. Would definitely stay again.

Great home base for exploring the area. Very clean and well appointed. The owners have thought of everything you could possibly need. They were very attentive and available assist with any questions. Highly recommend!

Ladies week vacation

This property was very convenient to everything in Homosassa and Crystal River. We used to live around the corner in Stonebrook so this was a wonderful place. The house was clean and had lots of extras. We were thrilled to find snacks ( we got in late) and there was everything for coffee in the morning. Thank you so much for that. The neighborhood peacock came out to say hello. What an incredible experience. The beds were the most comfortable we had ever used. Great nights sleep. Overall an amazing experience.

Excellent place to stay for a long weekend to a beautiful area of Florida.

My daughter and I stayed here while visiting the springs in the area. It is so close to everything you need. The kitchen is perfect. A really comfortable and laid back place. We felt at home.

A great little place. Clean, comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen, conveniently located, great communication with the hostess, and reasonably priced. Had to re-log in to wifi quite a bit, but that's a minor quibble. Would stay again without hesitation.

Perfect for scalloping

Such a beautiful and clean property! Only 10 minutes away from the boat ramp and had boat trailer parking. We brought our family and pup and had a blast catching scallops. This place had everything we needed, even a fenced in yard for our dog. The owner was very nice and quick to answer any questions we had prior and during our stay. I highly recommend this property to anybody wanting to come to Homosassa for scallop season.

Manatee

This property was extremely clean, quiet, and not far from anywhere. We went to Sea World, swam with the Manatees, Air Boat Ride, and the Beach. It was a perfect location.

Perfect weekend getaway

Traveled to Homosassa with friends for boating. Our place was very clean and nicely decorated. Some of our friends stayed in RV campground- we got the best deal! Location was great, quiet and comfortable. Have already recommended to several people. Thank you for hospitality!
