« I will definitely be back but very frustrated with the reservation system. I reserved the Manor Queen suite which was supposed to have a queen and a pull out couch. We were being our son with us so when we got in room and found a king and just arm chairs I wasn’t pleased at all. He had to make other arrangements to stay somewhere else. »

« The staff (Jake) was extremely helpful in resolving/ clarifying the failed reservation process on Expedia’s end. We ended up having to cancel our Expedia reservation and reserve a room directly through Aloft with Jake. We ended up paying more for the same room but we were in a time crunch and didn’t trust Expedia to get everything sorted in a timely manner. Thank you Jake…you were awesome! « Great place to stay. Staff were extremely helpful. Breakfast was better than expected. Recommend walking over to CR for dinner and happy hour. »

« Our hotel room was spotlessly clean, although we thought we had two queen beds and we ended up with the queen and a pull-out twin. The sofa was threadbare in the living room. Breakfast one of the days was dismal. Second day was much better with a variety of choices including omelets bacon, hash, browns, waffles, hard boiled eggs, cereals, etc »

« The rooms are close to noisy roads and insulation is weak which prevents you from sleeping at night (walls even vibrate when trucks are passing by). In term of noise, you can clearly hear your neighbors. In addition, I have been intoxicated by the smell of painting in my room. I spent the following day at the office with the smell of painting in my mouth. If you don't have the choice and plan to stay at this hotel in the coming weeks please note that they are maintaining the rooms by repainting...

« Breakfast selection were not great. Not as good as last time we stayed. They ran out of items as well as tableware and dishes. Very surprising for this hotel. But staff is friendly and helpful. They just need more help. Location is excellent and rooms are comfortable. Night desk staff was very helpful with a temperamental printer. I will stay there again. »

« Very surprised that they did not even kept one water bottle in the room but they have coffee machine Even high end hotels are keeping one or two bottles of water now a days. The night shift staff was not very helpful.. »

« I had paid on Expedia, but the desk clerk charged me again. I would usually notice, but was exhausted from being with family at St Vincent's. I told 2 other clerks and they said they were aware, but couldn't do anything about it. I am back home, no emails, out $224. A refund would be great. »
