clean/spacious 5th fl unit. A+ location for access to city shopping/food. Short walk to busy beach-Short drive to quieter ones. Front lanai has A+ couch/table/chairs/Drying rack/nice city view. lively street=people watching 👍. Condo: cute decor lots of beach amenities-boogie board, cooler, 2 beach chairs, many beach towels, Snorkel gear. shower A+. Bidet option. stove top + convection microwave. well stocked kitchen but bad/floppy spatula. No food items-not even salt/pepper. Pull out couch ok but best for short/lighter bodies. Firm/comfy memory foam beds. good pillows. bedrooms & living room have heating/a/c. A little tricky but work well. No in-room washing machine/dryer 👎 But pay $2.75 on 2nd and 7th floor. beware: your clothes get locked up if not out of dryer by 9 pm..front desk rudely say they can’t open door. Host not super responsive..doesn’t always answer and not a texter. just keep calling. he is nice and helpful. Check In: awkward. Had to call at arrival to building. No written instructions anywhere or helpful tips about the condo/area. No guest book for tips. Parking is a block away. there is a walk-through and it’s easy in/out. Walmart a short drive. Ample bath amenities/Laundry soap/dishwasher soap/TP/garbage bags and paper towels for 4 pp, 5 days. Elevators fast. shaved ice 2 doors down and breakfast at Eggs n’ Things. A+. Back Lanai faces garbage area. Early morning pickup loud but condo otherwise very quiet. Blackout curtains all room.
