The Space:

This air-conditioned studio uses its space well for up to six guests, with three beds, a full kitchen, and bar seating for shared meals. High-end finishes and gentle island touches make it feel considered rather than generic. The furnished balcony looks out to ocean and city views, and the living room's flat-screen TV is ready for a low-key evening after the beach.



Guest Access:

Guests can use the shared outdoor pool and elevator at the hotel. Paid on-site parking is available. This unit has central air conditioning and a private lanai. The building sits on Waikiki's harbor edge, close to the beach and marina.



The Neighborhood:

At the edge of Waikiki, the Ilikai puts you near the marina, Kahanamoku Beach, and the easy swimming at Ala Moana Beach Park. Walk the shore for a catamaran sail, a surf lesson, or dinner with the sun going down, then head into Waikiki for more shops and nightlife. Ala Moana Center is close for practical errands and good food, while Diamond Head is an easy outing when you want a change of view. It is an especially convenient part of Honolulu for a group that wants beach days and city choices within reach.



Getting Around:

Honolulu Airport (HNL) is about 20 to 30 minutes away, depending on traffic. A rental car is optional here because Waikiki and much of Honolulu are very walkable, and rideshare and bus service cover many other trips. Beaches, shopping, and dining may be steps away. Parking is typically through hotels or paid lots rather than free street parking.

• Quiet hours are from 9:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

EXTERIOR SPALLING and PAINTING PROJECT

Exterior Spalling and Painting Project will start July 28, 2025. This large-scale project will span approximately 1.5 to 2 years (depending on weather).



Please be advised that all lanais are strictly OFF-LIMITS for the duration of the upcoming repair project, which is estimated to take 1–3 weeks. Dates of work TBD!



To ensure safety and comply with insurance requirements, the following rules apply:



Clear Lanais: All furniture must be removed.



No Access: Guests and owners are prohibited from entering the lanai at any time— including evenings and weekends after the crew has left for the day.



Safety Hazard: We are performing spalling repairs. The risk of falling concrete is a significant liability; therefore, these areas must remain completely vacant.



Privacy:

For your privacy during work hours, we recommend keeping your curtains closed.



PARKING

On-site valet parking is available for $45/day, per vehicle (rate subject to change). Please be mindful of tipping and checking the rates prior to arrival. Limited daytime parking is available along the beach side for free on a first-come, first-serve basis. You can park free during the day for up to 6 hours. These spaces are often filled by surfers and beachgoers, but usually open up throughout the day. There is no overnight parking in this area. Towing begins promptly at 10:30 pm. Please be sure to read the posted signage Additional paid parking is also available near the marina which are located across from the free parking spaces, there is a paid parking lot with machines that take credit cards. The rates are $1/hour (rate subject to change).
