Cette chambre a un immense balcon sur le toit! La taille est de 1 385 pieds carrés !! La taille de la piÚce est également proche de 1 000 pieds carrés. (958 pieds carrés)

Vous n'avez jamais vu ce genre de balcon dans d'autres locations de vacances à Hawaï !! Vous pouvez profiter du yoga, du bronzage, du petit-déjeuner et du dßner! La nuit, de magnifiques étoiles apparaßtront. Vous pouvez dormir dans une hummock et voir les étoiles sur le balcon !! Vous pouvez également voir l'océan et la montagne depuis ce balcon privé ainsi que depuis la chambre et les 2 autres balcons !! Donc, nous avons un total de 3 balcons privés. Chaque chambre et salon a ses propres espaces de balcon !! Vous serez étonné de l'océan au-dessus du parc Fort DeRussy !!

Il y a 2 salles de bain séparées, donc 2 parties peuvent avoir leur propre salle de bain et une chambre avec chaque balcon !! Amis, familles, parents peuvent partager cette location de vacances de 2 chambres. Si vous passez du temps avec 5 personnes ensemble, le tarif sera trÚs trÚs bon marché !!

Cette unité a une cuisine complÚte et des équipements de cuisine. Laveuse et sécheuse est à l'intérieur de l'unité et un parking couvert est inclus !! Habituellement, Luana Waikiki Hotel ne fournit pas d'espace de stationnement gratuit, mais il s'agit d'une unité privée gérée par Lei Hawaii Realty et 1 parking est entiÚrement gratuit !!

Vey well located. Thought, out of 5 days, we were squized in a parade twice, without the possibility to get out of the parking lot till the end of the parade. The kitchen is OK but don't plan to cook fancy food, since there is not a lot of dishes. The terrasse just for us was amazing. Felt like having the pent house of the hotel. It was quiet. You won't be disappointed

The lanai was beautiful!!!Some issues that need to be remedied

* the lanai is huge, but it is full sun all day. It would have been nice if there were an umbrella or two so that we could have some shade.* mold on the shower curtain* there were no Hand towels in the kitchen and no extra paper towels.* there were two bath towels per bathroom, one hand towel and NO washcloths. We had to go to Ross and buy washcloths. * the sheets on the bed had little stains on them.

GREAT location, with sweeping views. If you enjoy hanging out on an open air lanai and hanging with friends chatting into the evening with a beautiful breeze, this spot checks all the boxes. Hitting a Food Land right when you get out of the airport to stock up for the week is definitely the move.

Stay was okay large balcony was nice. The thing that made the trip end on a bad note was that I was charged for a parking pass that I “supposedly” lost per the host. I am not the kind of person who is dishonest or one who doesn’t take accountability for their actions when wrong. However instead of conducting a thorough investigation of the pass being possibly accidentally misplaced by someone else who has access to the mailbox but I was blamed for the lost pass and was charged a fee which I don’t mind if I actually did lose it but that wasn’t the case. I followed instructions to return the parking pass in the mailbox but host kept blaming me and pretty much called me a liar, instead of thinking maybe it was someone else who had access to the mailbox may have misplaced it.I guess it was easier to put blame on me and charge me. The only advice I have is to make sure when returning any keys/pass is to take a video of yourself returning the items because unfortunately your word does not mean anything. The ratings would have been either a 4 or 5 stars but this experienced being accused of something I didn’t do ruined and diminished the quality the trip. Good luck future renters when renting with this host!

When they say large balcony/lanai, they aren't kidding. It was almost too big! Very awesome to have that much space though. The rooms were very comfortable, and got plenty cool at night the the A/C on. The hosts were very helpful and easy to get a hold of even when a small emergency arose. Our biggest issue was the parking key card not working. This was never resolved the entire two weeks we were there, and it got a bit annoying to have to get the valet parking to open the gates for us every time. But those guys were very nice and opened it with a smile when needed. Overall, we really enjoyed staying here and would absolutely recommend this room to friends or family coming to the islands.

A very beautiful dwelling with a great view of the city and coastline from either balcony or the spacious deck. The place was clean and orderly and had a pleasant clean scent. The beds were simply made yet very comfortable. The AC units worked very well keeping our rooms at the appropriate temperature. The kitchen was clean and had all necessary cookware. Fridge was clean. Coffee pot worked and had included exact coffee grounds as described in the ad. Overall, our experience in this suite was pleasant and the place was accurately described. We will definitely consider staying in this suite next time we visit Honolulu.

My daughter and i had a wonderful time. 4 nites on the island. My daughter loved having her own room and bathroom. And the terrace was amazing. We sat out there each nite. It also made drinking my morning coffee relaxing. The location is just a couple blocks from the beach. Each morning i would do my 3 mile runs. The path to the beach was like running through a botanical garden. We will definitely be back

Pros: In the heart of Honolulu. If city life and proximity to busy Waikīkī beach is your goal you will be very happy. Huge pvt. patio with ocean view is great for eating in. Plenty of space. Functional air conditioning in each room. Reasonably clean and up to date. Appreciate tiled floors which feel cleaner than carpet. Cons: Expect bare minimum supplies and accoutrements. Pillows that feel like bags of gravel and only enough for maximum 5 of your guests- No way to lounge in bed. No umbrella for shade on patio, so plan to eat when the sun starts to go down. Hammock included in listing is absent. Barely acceptable kitchen supplies- think one plate per person, so you will need to wash after each meal, and no bowl large enough to make a family salad. You will need to buy absolutely everything including your trash bags, paper towels and TP. Mattresses very hard (Even the teenager used to a IKEA mattress was dissatisfied). One thin blanket per bed. Plan to buy your own beach supplies; only a broken umbrella, 2 camp chairs, 3 sets of snorkel gear and an inflatable ring is available. We left our purchased cooler behind for the next guests. To be clear, beach items were not promised. We underestimated the appeal of the north and east sides of the island. We would choose a more NE location next time to minimize time in traffic and the annoyances of the city. Suggestion: a small outlay of cash for a few more low cost items will make this a real winner with happier guests.

In general we enjoyed our stay. The unit is conveniently located within walking distance of parks, the beach and great restaurants. The lanais are awesome! The only improvements I can suggest that would make this the best property it could be, would be a few upgrades and a different property management company who truly cares about the clients' needs.

The cleaner didn't show up to clean the unit and changed towels/blankets/pillowcases. We had to clean the unit and washed towels/blankets/pillowcases by ourselves and got refunded for $300. (The property manager didn't follow-up with the cleaner to make sure the unit ready to check-in.) The laundry washer machine was broken on the second day we stay, and still broken by the time we check-out. (The property manager didn't update us the status of fixing the laundry washer machine until we chatted with her. Then, she contacted the vendor. They promised that they will come and fix it but it didn't happen.) The toilet seat is old. They need to replace it. The location is convenient, close to the beach and the waikiki shopping area. The big balcony is a plus but too windy since the unit on level 11. Note: The unit's parking is parallel. We rent a large SUV 7-seat and it took us a while to park.

From the moment we stepped into the hotel, there was nothing but confusion and lack of communication. Hotel staff had no idea what we were talking about during check-in. It took them almost an hour to give us room keys and they said there was only valet parking, which is not true. The big issue was lack of communication with the host. The front door came completely unhinged and couldn't be shut so I literally had to sit and wait for over 6 hours for it to get fixed. I called the host 11 times, left 4 voice messages and sent multiple messages on vrbo before I got a call back. The hotel manager even called them but got zero response. Completely wasted a day and missed an appointment because I couldn't leave the place wide open. Needless to say, the frustration and hassle made the stay here not worth it. The lack of communication is unacceptable and very rude. There are too many other places to stay for the same price and location so I would absolutely not stay here again.

Staying here ruined my trip. Please do NOT rent here. I took my mom to Hawaii for the first time with my wife and right when we arrived at the property, we noticed the living room was flooded with water. Also the carpet in one of the bedrooms was also soggy and wet. I immediately contacted the host and she told us we could leave to go sightseeing and she would send someone to clean it. When we came back, the water in the living room was cleaned, but the carpet was more soggy and more wet than before. I told her this and was ignored. Then, everyday when it rained (in Hawaii it rains often) water would leak into the living room flooding it again and the carpet in the bedroom would get more soggy. The terrible wet carpet smell was intolerable and made that room inhabitable. I asked the host if she could move us to another room, she said she couldn’t and she won’t refund any of what we paid. We paid for a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom but instead got 1 inhabitable wet room and constantly lived in fear of the living room flooding each time it rained. We didn’t understand how this host has any positive reviews—did it never rain when other guests stayed here or did the leak only start happening during our stay? I gave the hotel a 1 star as well because they were rude and wouldn’t let us borrow towels when we told them we were flooding. We were only allowed access to pool towels. Terrible host and worst stay in my life.

We enjoyed the location and the great balcony. The hotel the condo is located in is well kept and the staff is friendly. The views from the balcony are great and the location is wonderful. You are close to Waikiki without being in the busy part and a quick walk to the beach. However, communication with the management company was frustrating. Check out instructions said to get key from front desk at check in. At arrival the front desk said we needed a code for lock box. When I called they were confused, and it took about 20 minutes for them to call back with lock box code. Frustrating, but oh well. Things happen. The condo wasn’t very clean. It has a mildew type smell when you first walk in.You can see signs of water damage along the lower walls. The AC filters need changed.The living room furniture is a bit grimy. The patio was swept and the pile of debris left in a corner. But it was also missing the hammock and all dish/ kitchen towels. There was one measuring cup
 1/3 cup. Which is not a huge deal, but weird. We didn’t do much cooking, but if you are planning to cook alot, the kitchen might not be well stocked. Without getting into too much, I will just say that I found the management company difficult to clearly communicate with. And I was frustrated by incorrect or poor communication at the end. I am not usually one to have to ask questions or bother with hosts much. So this is not a usual problem for me. Overall, the balcony and location made this stay enjoyable.

Excellent location with nice, quick walk to the beach and to food and shopping, excellent views. They thought of everything you may need during your stay such as plenty of towels, in unit laundry, and beach things like chairs and mats; it’s exactly what’s in the description and the pictures are so real. The patio was huge and was really nice for sunbathing or eating. You get access to the hotel pool and gym which were great too. I would stay there again and again. Great communication if you have a question or need anything.
