I do NOT recommend this place at all! The house IS beautifully designed. I would even consider buying it for its unique architecture. But it was old and very poorly managed. The owner does not know how to organize nor decorate the place. Everything was outdated and broken. Water leaked, sliding doors didn't open, lights were out or flickering, showers dripped, and nothing seemed to work properly. The dress-rooms were packed with personal stuff. The house was not luxurious at all. I am sure the pictures are from at least ten years ago during its glorious days owned by someone else. The owner lives in the studio right below the master bedroom and behind the kitchen. He blocked the hallway with a wooden wall but I could hear everything. His family came to visit him from Czech Republic few days after I got there. They were nice and kind but the baby cried very often and I could hear them talk or watch TV. I basically shared the house with another family for the whole month and honestly I hated it. I did not pay 13,000 for a share-house. Also there was a communication problem with the owner. He never listened to what I had to say but kept explaining about the most random things he thought were worth mentioning and he did not know when to stop. It was very annoying. Additionally there were noisy dogs in the neighborhood. The pool was messy. We barely used it. There were chains of extension cords in the owner's studio. It looked very dangerous. I had a bad experience overall.
