Foncez!
Très satisfait du séjour au Prince Waikiki, un hôtel de luxe avec un service au top! Le personnel est toujours disponible et souriant. Nous remercions toute l'équipe pour l'upgrade en chambre vue mer qui a rendu notre séjour de 6 nuits encore plus beau ! La piscine à débordement est magnifique surtout pour regarder le coucher de soleil. La chambre spacieuse et confortable! C'est une décoration un peu classique du coup si vous cherchez la modernité à tout prix je déconseille. Pour le reste tout à été parfait! Merci encore pour ces moments inoubliables

L'hôtel est parfait, très bien situé, à côté de magasins, de centres commerciaux, de plages, de restaurants etc. Tout aux alentours est sécuritaire et tranquille. La chambre était grande, bien organisée et propre et confortable. Je recommande sans la moindre hésitation le Prince Waikiki!!! Nous étions 2 adultes avec 2 ados et y sommes restés 15 nuits. Le personnel au complet est géniale!

Première fois à cet hôtel nous avons été très satisfait. Les employés étaient courtois et respectueux toujours prêt à nous aider. La vue de notre chambre sur la marina et le coucher de soleil étaient parfait. Les chambres sont fait à chaque jour. Le service au chambre à été rapide. L’emplacement est très bien un peu à l’écart du centre ville de Waikiki mais parfait pour nous (plus tranquille) les plages avoisinantes sont accessibles à pied tout comme le centre d’achat Moana Center. Les autobus de la ville sont également à proximité ce qui permet d’aller au centre ville rapidement pour ceux qui ne veulent pas marcher. Nous avons été très satisfait de l’hôtel ainsi que de leur accueil. Je recommande cet hôtel :-D

Court séjour d’une nuit. La chambre est spacieuse et le personnel sympathique. Cependant la chambre est un peu bruyante. (Bruit de la route et bruit du frigo qui ne peut pas s’éteindre). Le lit est confortable mais sans plus.

Grand Hôtel sur la marina. Belle vue sur la mer et à proximité de la plage. Un peu à l’écart du bruit du centre ville de Waikiki. Nous y retournerons

The best thing about this hotel is the amazing floor to ceiling windows in the rooms and you can open them to get fresh air. Be sure to get an ocean view room high up. It’s amazing. The room design is very nice and comforting. The bathrooms have tubs and toilets with heated seats and bidets. The price is really reasonable. The location is super convenient for Ala Moana mall and park and Waikiki.

Pros: - Very clean and nice. Lobby smells great. - Rooms are updated and clean. It has a nice coastal design that makes the rooms feel resorty and relaxing - Very convenient. Bus stop and ABC store is right outside. Coffee shop is in lobby. - close to Ala Moana mall Cons: - elevators can get congested and may require a wait. - takes 20 minutes to get to Waikiki on foot/bus. - limited dining and shopping options compared to Waikiki central area. I will stay here again!

Our stay at Prince Waikiki was very comfortable. The only thing I would change is to have a mix of different pillow firmness and not have all of them too soft. Another point I will make is that we only were provided with one English Breakfast tea bag when there are 2 people in the room. My wife had to ask for an extra tea bag however the following days we were still only provided with one after the tea bag were used.

Property is advertised as on a marina but the marina water is full of floating trash ,large plastic containers ,plastic bottle garbage, boats are abandoned and sinking . I think it is a city owned marina the city should do a better job

Prince Waikiki is an amazing service-oriented resort, located on the edge of Waikiki. It's close to the beach, harbor, and parks, as well as walking distance from shopping and restaurants. Friday Night fireworks and vendors were fabulous.

家族3人での宿泊なのにアメニティが2組ずつしか用意されていなかった。 申し込みの時点ではエクストラベッドを入れてくれるように頼んでいたはずなのにベッドは2台でした。スタッフの人は親切でしたがVIPアクセスでのお部屋のアップグレードはなかったと思います。

We loved our stay at Prince Waikiki. The room was nice with a lovely view. The housekeeping lady was kind and thorough. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and its facilities. Made use of the hot tub on windy days and the infinity pool on sunny days. One thing that we always wish could be better with North American hotels is their dining options for vegetarians/vegans. We were disappointed with the food options in the hotel but otherwise were quite happy with the amenities and service of the staff.

今回、４泊でお世話になりました。 お部屋やスタッフは言うこと無しでしたが、日系のホテルでもう少し、日本語の話せるスタッフがいるかと期待していたので、そこはこちらの反省点でした。 次回はもう少し、英語を勉強して、伺いたいと思います

I loved Prince Waikiki! Besides the amazing service, cleanliness, and beauty of the place, I loved that they had orchid flowers at the front desk that you can pin to your hair, and that the shower toiletries (i.e. shampoo, conditioner, body wash) came in big bottles that were planted on the wall and didn't need to be replaced every day. Those toiletries were also of amazing quality, my hair and skin always felt so soft! I discovered that the brand they use is an actual brand that has a store in Ala Moana Center (Malie). It was little things like those that put it over the edge for me haha. Also, the hotel to me was such a convenient location as it was pretty much bordering Ala Moana/Honolulu and Waikiki, so it wasn't too far to travel either way, and the bus system was always accessible around the area. Overall such a wonderful experience and I would definitely go back!
