Location, location, location! Right at Waikiki Beach with a room that offers a beautiful view of the bay, harbor, and surf. The booking process was easy, check-in was smooth, and everything about the stay made it simple to relax and enjoy the experience. The only suggestion for improvement would be more comfortable pillows. Overall, a wonderful stay in an unbeatable location.

Great for small families.

Had a wonderful stay at this condo and property. All amenities were available. The property itself had a lot of other families so at the pool was perfect for my little ones. Any questions I had were answered quickly! Would definitely stay here again!

Dated but the view is worth it!

The view from the balcony and location is what gives this unit its value. Easy walking to grocery store, restaurants and beaches. Don't expect anything fancy in the unit itself. The pullout couch is not terribly comfortable, the dishwasher has a distinct sulphur smell when you open it and the toilet screams a little after each flush. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped for cooking. As long as you are not expecting a five star hotel room then you will appreciate the awesome view and the magic of being in Hawaii. We had a great time :)

Run down, dated unit with nice views.

Run-down, dated unit. Nice building, nice views, nice location. Unit needs work - even considering lower daily rate - but adding in “fees” the unit was overpriced for the quality. I’ve rented units in this building 3x’s. You could do better for the money. A refresh of the basics would elevate the experience tremendously.

Breathtaking

Our condo was wonderful, clean and nice! The view when you walked in…breathtaking! The beds were very comfortable. And very quiet. We enjoyed this stay so very much! Our first visit to Hawaii and our condo made it great. We would love to come back.

Hawaii Vacation

We love the central location of the property and beautiful view. The condo is dated. The condo was not very clean. The patio chairs were dirty, the base boards and partition were dirty, the flooring was partially clean and the shower was dirty. There was a confusion on the check out time. When I initially reserved the condo my reservations indicated check out time was 11:00 a.m. However, Turn Key said the check out is 10:00 a.m. There was a miscommunication between Vrbo and Turn Key. I have family coming back in March and May. I'm hesitant to refer them to this property.

Great location

The location of this property is great and turnkey were responsive to any questions we had. However they could not address a stove vent which wasn’t working . Also , one of the closets in the room isn’t accessible to the guests. We stayed here for 10 days so we had to buy basics like salt, sugar, oil , kitchen towel and bath tissue.. so guests come prepared ..

Spectacular Ilikai Stay

My wife and I stayed at this property for the month of October. What a truly spectacular experience! The apartment is beautiful! The 33 and 35 stacks are the best Ilikai properties, and the view here did not disappoint. Very clean, very comfortable unit. Not one single complaint. Thank you so much to the owners and VRBO for helping us emerge from COVID hell in top form!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This apartment was perfect for a six week reprise I took with my 3 year old son. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of extra linens, blankets and towels. The balcony has a breathtaking view of the harbor and is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the day. We also had access to both pools at the hotel which were well maintained and the hotel staff were always friendly and welcoming. During our time we did have a few small issues but Turnkey Rentals did an amazing job of addressing concerns promptly and professionally. The room itself is very spacious and there’s a wall divider that is perfect if you have kids that go to bed early. Simply close the wall and you can still hang out in the living room without disturbing them! The kitchen is very well stocked with dishes and cooking tools. They have just about anything you might need. My only complaint would be the couch - it was kinda old looking and wasn’t super comfortable, but did pull out which was great for accommodating guests. Overall, I highly enjoyed my stay in this room and would absolutely use it again!
