« This property was exactly as described. It was quiet, wooded and very private. The location was excellent for the area attractions we wanted to see. It was well priced, and the owner was very responsive to questions. I loved that there was fire wood available, and that I could purchase with Venmo. « This house is very nice.The hosts are great people, and very easy to communicate with. House was really clean, spacious and comfortable.Kitchen had coffee maker with dozens of choices, which our girls loved.Bedrooms were very spacious and comfortable.My wife has never seen cleaner place over the 20 years we have been renting on VRBO. Truly a gem.You will be impressed. It is a rental we will use in a future. »

« Great location, walking/biking distance to restaurants and breweries in Traverse City. The bakery next door was clutch! We loved being about to walk to the waterfront on Grand Traverse Bay (about 10 minutes), as well as restaurants in the nearby Oakwood neighborhood.The property is well-maintained, clean, and cutely decorated. We have an older pup, and the steps to this unit were a bit steep for him, so next time we'd opt for the first-floor unit. »

« Overall, we loved the location of this place
 It was so convenient to slap town, the beach, CVS, and getting in and out of town
 We visit TC every year, so it was nice to not be in such touristy spots
 The bed was extremely comfortable and the set up was very nice. Just a note that it is the lower level, so you will hear the people walking around downstairs. Also, it is an old house that has been rehabbed, so the bathroom does have certain aspects of it that are still that of an older house. But...

« We absolutely loved our stay! The house was very clean, with comfortable beds and sofa. The pool table (though a little wobbly) was a nice bonus, but the big draw for us was the hot tub. If you're staying there in the winter, make sure you enjoy it. We went hiking on the Sleeping Bear Dunes and on a couple of other trails - so many options! And for a local treat, The Common Good Bakery is outstanding - it's about a 15-minute drive but 100% worth it. Thank you for making our stay so comfortable! »

"Bon hĂŽtel, le long d’une route donc bruyant lorsqu’un camion ou moto passe (trĂšs frĂ©quent). Petit dĂ©jeuner pauvre pour le standard American (tres basique pour le standard Europe) et le principal problĂšme, comme presque dans tous les hĂŽtel de cette catĂ©gorie aux USA, Les assiettes, couverts et verres tout en plastique jetable, ça fait vraiment mal au cƓur de voir tout ce plastique utilise une seule fois et jetĂ© Ă  la poubelle, c’est inadmissible et incomprĂ©hensible qu’en 2025 ce soit autorisĂ©. "
