« The hotel room was clean however the hallways and microwave In the Lobby was not clean. The room also did not have a fridge or microwave so if you travel with drinks or food there is no way to store them to keep cold. They did have an ice machine in the lobby. But ice only keeps food and drinks cold for so long. There is a very small microwave in the lobby which was not very clean to heat food. They had a coffee machine in the lobby but I never saw anyone use it nor did I ever see any cups,...

« I usually stay at this hotel twice a month I come in town with my family My last couple of stays have not been what it usually especially this time April 25,2026. My sink was stopped up in the bathroom. But before that I checked in at 415pm my children went to the pool about 440pm. We was there no long then 20 mins due to the CHLORINE being to strong.I notified the front desk which they told me it was salt water which I didn’t believe at all because everyone left out. « It was okay. An older building. We needed a Handicap Accessible room. But none were available. So we made do. But it was difficult for our son to use the narrow bathroom with his wheelchair. It was close to the two places we needed to take our son for eye surgeries. »

« The photo used for the hotel is not updated. Advertised as a non-smoking property, to be welcomed by the day time manager standing in front of the entrance smoking. The bed cover and chair in the room had cigarette “burn holes” on them. The room was very dated and any attempt to fix, repair or update was poorly done. The TV in the room was small. The dogs on the floor in the other rooms were loud and could be heard barking down the hallway. Minimal options for breakfast. Wasn’t expecting too...

« Chambre sale, pas de petit dej et même pas un café. J’ai demandé à changer de chambre immédiatement. Le responsable est venu et m’a proposé directement celle d’à côté. Celle ci n’ayant pas de poils/cheveux dans la baignoire, nous sommes restés. Pour une nuit ok, mais vraiment pas plus. »

« I was in the room 10 minutes before I had a roach skitter across the floor and a bed bug in the edge of my bed. I went for a refund, and they gave me grief even after I showed them pictures with my phone. They said they refunded me finally, a week later, nothing. I called them and they said they cannot refund me. Absolutely disgusting place with a bunch of crooks running the place. They lied to my face, now that I'm 5 hours away, they tell me they won't refund me. Stay away. »

« I had a great stay at this hotel overall. Check-in was smooth and pleasant, and the highlight was definitely the room. It was very spacious and exceptionally clean, which made the stay especially comfortable. My only disappointment was the included continental breakfast. When we arrived, there was still at least an hour left before breakfast ended, but the coffee carafe was empty and the food options were very limited. The presentation of the breakfast area also felt like an afterthought.She »
