« Horrible experience. They gave me the wrong code for the lock box so I wasn’t able to get in until 645 pm. The place was a mess as well. When I finally got into my room it reeked of weed. When I told them about this they told me just to light a candle. I left and asked for a refund immediately, and they stopped responding until Expedia got involved. Then they eventually denied it. « Good location, but some things could be improved We stayed at the hotel and overall had a mixed experience. The location is very good—it’s not far from the city centre and also not far from the train station, which was very convenient. The first room we were given had a double bed, which was fine as I was staying with my daughter. However, the shared shower was not working properly and there was no hot water.
