Hi Danielle, Thanks for your review. I’m sorry to see you had a couple of issues during your stay, although you didn’t let us know at the time which was disappointing as we could have directed you to the thicker duvets in the property (we are always contactable for our guests to resolve any issues) The heating is also readily available for you if you felt cold in the night. Again if you would have let us know you were struggling to work the TV I could have talked you through this as it is usually quite straightforward. Hopefully you would still give us another chance and these issues would be ironed out
