« First off, this is a motel, not the Hilton. Kim was great, she was excited to see me when I arrivedThe room was clean, but had a slight odor of cigarettes. I attribute that to people standing outside of the rooms smoking and the A/C unit pulling smoke in. »

« J’ai demandé pour annuler et je n’ai pas de nouvelles. Je suis très déçue de ne pas avoir eu aucune aide. L’hôtel m’a référé à Expédia et l’agent n’a pas voulu m’aider. Pas de nouvelles d’Expedia non plus :-( »

« I came to this place at 1:00 in the morning because the other place kiteville was closed down or at least posted to be vacated and disgusting and I couldn't get in so the gentleman who I guess owns this place was very helpful I could call him and answer the phone and that was really really nice but the place is really dirty »

« Room was good, size, bed and shower. Pool and gym were good. Breakfast was good but a little expensive. Breakfast staff were attentive. Seating area is functional. Worst thing was the lift. Only one (of two) working and it was either so slow or full of cleaning staff with huge piles of linen on very small trolleys. So I walked up and down fire stairs to my fourth floor room. My room was cleaned once in 4 days which makes me wonder what all those cleaning staff did! The front reception staff need...

« The property was well maintained. The staff was courteous and very helpful. The room was clean and large. I would definitely stay there if I am in the area again. »

« This disgusting dirty hotel (can't really call it that!) is a disgrace! Looks like the rugs haven't been cleaned in years! No plastic cups in the bathroom to use and when asking the clerk at the desk he couldn't find any anywhere! The idea of a light breakfast is a joke! The soda machine takes your money but didn't dispense any soda! Called a studio with a kitchen, but no plates, silverware, pots or pans or anything to use or cook with! I would never recommend this place to anyone! »

« 1st room smelled like a cigarette factory. Complained and got a new room. Much better. Watched to young BM walk down a hallway with video cameras and make contact with two scantily dressed women. Appeared that they were doing some sort of Adult webcam work. This places does need a make over. Staff was very nice and the bed we slept in was very comfortable. »

« Good location. Friendly staff. Good breakfast options. Hotel is old. Needs remodeling. Strong odor at main lobby. Overall ok for a one travel night stay. »
