« On the first night, we had a fire alarm at 3 a.m. It took the night auditor 30 minutes to turn it off. No complimentary gesture or apology was offered. The hotel is outdated for a 4-star property. The bathroom silicone is moldy, the carpet is stained and needs a deep clean, and the room was very dusty. The reception staff were not helpful, the phone was not working in a room so hard to get the reception.. and when the shower temperature kept going from very hot to very cold. Coffee and tea were...

« Great location of the property, near the beach. A steep walk back from the beach unless you walk into Filey. Lovely comfortable flat, super comfy bed. Great bathroom/shower. Everything you would need for your holiday. It was lacking instructions for using coffee machine, & dishwasher etc. due to all information being online. »

« The house is fabulous. Very clean, well decorated with lovely wall art. New kitchen and bathrooms contaning everything you could hope for. Large smart tv. Prime position close to the pub, swimming and beach path. In our experience, one of the best 2 bedroom houses on the bay. Highly recommended, we hope to return very soon. »

« We arrived in the evening and found our beautiful abode waiting. We was impressed straight away with the layout and everything. The bed was so comfy we didn't want to get uo and the lounge was as it says city and relaxing. We was 5 mins walk down to beach and our pooch loved it. The pool and sauna was really pleasing after facing the cold out on the wintry mornings. A great find. Thankyou. »
