Agrotourisme à Hot Springs

« The hotel lobby was hot upon entering and our room was extremely hot. We were in town for a wedding and when I tried to iron clothes there’s was melted fabric on the iron. The corner trim for the 4th floor was laying across the hallway. Our hall smelled like trash from the housekeeping area on the 4th floor. They had bags of trash sitting in the hallway. The carpet was nasty and did not look like it had been vacuumed in days. Breakfast was a nightmare. Thw lady managing the breakfast area was...

« No in-room coffee. Was told that it was a corporate decision to cut costs. They did have 24 hour coffee available in the lobby. I guess if you want a coffee when you wake up, wear your Jamie's, walk down the hallway take the elevator walk to the lobby, then go back. »

« This was not a pleasant stay. It will super loud and the staff was not helpful at all. The breakfast was cramped and small. Not a good selection and too many people taking up everything. The room had thin walls so noise was an issue when trying to sleep. Would not go back to this place. Arkansas was great but pick a better place to stay. »

« The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean however, the mattress on the bed was very uncomfortable. And there were mosquitoes coming into the room because the door wouldn’t shut all the way unless it was locked. One of the staff got me some mosquito spray which helped some. I really enjoyed my stay, being able to sit outside and be so close to the lake. »

« Seulement les boissons pour le petit dejeuner en raison du covid, ce que je comprends, mais un effort aurait pu etre fait avec des biscuits emballés par exemple. Piscine tres agréable et propre. Personnel accueillant, chambres propres et fonctionnelles. Hotel bien placé pour rayonner dans la region avec tous commerces et restauration à proximité. »

« We loved the stay. The front desk staff were very courteous walking in. They let me know how the process of the room cards. Liked that they offered breakfast. I noticed that there weren't many family with kids there but the grandsons loved that they had the pool to them selves. Loved how the hotel was walking distance to Walmart or the Dollar tree. »
