« We had a wonderful stay in the cabin—a “return again” location. The drive to the cabin is breathtaking as you meander through a short passage of Pisgah National Park. The cabin itself is Class A. Our dog enjoyed his tie-off time on the porch, soaking in the spring smells. A stay there would never be a disappointment. »

« This property was filthy. Black mold throughout the whole entire downstairs. Black hair in the sink, shower and on the floor floors. All the kitchen utensils were very outdated and not very clean looking. There was not even a trashcan in the downstairs bathroom. I would not recommend anyone staying at this facility, especially if you are having to stay downstairs. The black mold is horrible. The tub and shower downstairs is elevated and if you fall out you’re most likely going to break...

« Our stay at the cabin was a nice long weekend getaway central to Asheville, NC and the Great Smoky mountains, and white water rafting in Marshall, NC. We made day trips to each location and the cabin was in a beautiful remote and relaxing spot. The hosts were great, and even spent time with my son feeding the animals on their farm. It was stained and had a patched hole. We appreciated the privacy, cleanliness, and responsiveness of the host. »

« This was everything we were looking for in our weekend getaway. We had a small space with privacy and seclusion. We were not bothered by anyone or anything. We enjoyed our time together, conversation and watched a little TV that we generally do not get much chance to do. The hot tub was enjoyable and we found most everything we needed for preparing our meals. We plan to visit again. »

« There is good cell service but no wifi. Also no microwave, so plan ahead for that. The grill in the pictures is not the one on site. More like a park picnic grill without a lid. Otherwise clean and cozy. Communication with host was quick and helpful. We had a 4WD truck and I couldnt imagine bringing my coupe here. Roads are a little rough. But we had a good time. Recommend fox and hounds restaurant for dinner and drinks! »

« It was a great place very quiet and had everything you needed. The only things that wasn't good was the bedroom was small so bed was only accessible from 1 side. The view from cabin had many trees so you couldn't see the mountain view. »
