A éviter
L'entrée du motel est sale (vitres à nettoyer) et donne sur un restaurant chinois et ses odeurs. La chambre 112 est assez propre avec micro-ondes, frigo et 2 sièges mais donne sur le distributeur de glaçons bruyant.

I didn’t feel safe. There are people who live at the motel who are up half the night.
And it’s clear that the motel bought new furniture and redid the floors, but completely failed in cleanliness. There was mold and spider webs above the shower, and the room had a funny snell.

My child got sick and threw up in room and I had to clean the room myself or pay a very high fee for them to clean it up. Also had to pay $50 because my threw up on pillows and sheets

I didn't like the fact that they enter your room when you are not there, and deactivated the one key card we had to enter into the room.This should never happen unless you were asked ahead of time if they can enter without us being there. I asked for additional room key and had a hard time getting one. Was told that he had to bring the one he had before we could get another one, but he had already left the room and was a hour away. When he finally made it back to turn the key in he was told I had to bring the one they activated for me back before they reactivate his. So he was locked out the room for more than 3 hours. Very rude and unprofessional people. I asked for additional face towels I was refused because I had not used the previous ones so I had to go to Walmart to buy some. I only asked because we had an early morning the next day and they would not be around to give clean towels for us to shower with. They are only behaving so badly because this is the only hotel in the city, we would have about a hour drive everyday if we choose to stay somewhere else. It was not like this before these are new owners.

Despite expecting continental breakfast, there was none. Also NO coffee anywhere, not in lobby, not in rooms-- many folks probably not care but ai'm a coffee guy. Found miscellaneous small trash under the bed end table when I pulled it out to use an a chair end table (detrius, dead spider, bottle caps, etc). Other cleanliness OK. Staff seemed nice, bed was comfortable.

Not worth your money or time
This hotel is sad. Advertises breakfast, great beds, and a pool. It has NONE of those things. No customer service. Man cant speak English, he was short and unhelpful. There were bugs and worms everywhere, mold on sinks and in shower, NO shampoo or soap. Had a room reserved for 4 people and had two towels. We had to stand outside to get our room key (one key), they wouldn't even unlock the doors and serve at the counter. Will not stay again and will not recommend. For the price we oaid it definitely was not worth it.

We stayed in room 107. Our fridge did not work! Total bummer because we had 2 under 2… we had milk for them but had to leave it in ice chest instead. Fridge was wobbly. Bath tub wasn’t clean. Only one small trash can in entire room. When went to return key. Whoever answered the phone 7-30-22 this morning was still asleep and told me to leave key at the phone instead of having a proper place to put key back. Sink definitely wasn’t clean…

When we checked in the man was really rude, the room stunk so bad we had to go buy plug ins and fabreez spray. We had to wipe out the drawers in the dresser before we could put our clothes in them because of the dirt, the smoke detector was in the drawer next to the bed instead of on the ceiling, the blankets had cigarette holes all over them, the towels were stained, no coffee or coffee pot in room!!! Had to stay because only hotel in Houston, Mississippi. Will not recommend to anyone. Will next time travel farther to stay at a different hotel.

Noticed floor had not been mopped as there was soil on bottom of my white socks. Small bug in the shower. One inch dead roach on the floor by the bed. Soap not large enough to bathe with. No coffee machie. No ice on property.

Booked the room, upon arrival you had to pick up a phone to contact the desk and no one answered and there was stray dogs running around barking. Stood out there for 20 minutes and kept calling and no one came. Horrible.
