Stylish 2-bedroom, 1-bath apartment with a queen sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen, and a shared backyard featuring a wooden deck, stock tank pool, fire pit, and grill. All bedrooms are on the first floor, no stairs needed. Located in a quiet neighborhood, minutes from Houston's top attractions. Sleeps up to 6 guests.

Inside the Apartment:
- Living Room: cozy space with a queen-size sofa bed, flat-screen Smart TV (guests must log in with their own streaming accounts), and boho-modern decor.
- Bedrooms: two queen beds on the first floor, soft linens, wall-mounted Smart TVs (requires guest login for streaming), and closet space.
- Bathroom: clean and modern with a walk-in shower, fresh towels, and toiletries.
- Kitchen and Dining: fully equipped with modern appliances, cookware, and a dining area for six.

Shared Backyard (first-come, first-served):
1. Wooden deck with seating.
2. Stock tank pool (not heated, closed during winter).
3. Wood fire pit (logs not provided).
4. Charcoal grill (bring your own charcoal).

Guest Access and Communication:
- Guests have full access to the apartment. The backyard is shared with the neighboring unit, so please respect quiet hours (10 PM to 7 AM).
- Parking: 2 spots on the right side of the driveway.
- If you need assistance, message me through the app, I respond quickly during normal hours. Urgent matters can be addressed by call or text.

Additional Info:
- No parties or large gatherings (penalty fees apply).
- Max 6 guests (extra guests, including visitors and children, incur a $100 fee per person, per night).
- Pets: up to 2 pets allowed, one-time $100 pet fee (please add them to your reservation).
• Towels: each bedroom has 2 bath towels, 2 hand towels, and 1 makeup towel. Washcloths are not provided.
- Check-in at 4 PM (early check-in $15 per hour, subject to availability).
- Check-out at 11 AM (late check-out $15 per hour, subject to availability).
