« Directions to property were easy to follow. Eugene made himself known to.us ensuring we had everything we required. House was beautifully presented and spotlessly clean. My 6 ft 4 sons found the low bedroom ceilings challenging. However we were aware of this before we rented the property. Would not hesitate to recommend for a peaceful retreat. Beautiful sussex countryside. »

« We stayed at Happy House in Roedean for a few days in mid-November. It was a terrific experience. The house is beautifully placed, about a mile and half away from Brighton Town centre. This gives the home a sense of apart-ness whilst being in easy reach of the town. The house is tastefully decorated and features everything that one would need for an excellent stay, including parking. It also benefits from unspoilt views of the sea. »

« Absolutely amazing place to stay. Ten minutes from the front and town. Loads to do on the south coast. And the holiday let it’s self well what can I say but it’s perfect. Set on top of a hill with views for miles, quiet even though a working farm. Pigs and chickens to make you smile. Beautiful cottage with everything you may need, stunningly decorated and maintained! 10/10! Couldn’t recommend any higher. A MUST STAY!!!! »

« This is a well equipped cottage which is in a rural position on the edge of the town, accessed by a short but unlit lane. It is a 15 minute walk into the High Street and there are plenty of countryside walks from the doorstep. »

« We really enjoyed our stay. Our grandson loved playing in the garden. It was a really safe enclosure with lots for him to do ( especially the trampoline) The house was within walking distance to East Preston beach which is a lovely little pebble beach that was never busy. There are plenty of amenities within walking distance in the village ( shops, cafes etc) The house is really nice and well equipped. Lots of room so we were never cramped or on top of each other Would highly recommend and...

« We spent two nights in the Little Cottage in Seaford, which is ideally located for the cliff top walks leading to Cuckmere Haven and the Seven Sisters’ trail. Whilst the details state it’s a studio, it could be made clearer that the only bed is a sofa bed, as we’ve stayed in VRBO studios before that do have a separate bed. There is also no parking available at the property and the closest on street parking is restricted to one hour, although there are roads with unlimited parking within a five...

« Absolutely beautiful cottage with everything we needed for a lovely stay. Very generous hosts, we were made to feel so welcome. We were given an online copy of the guest book which really helped to plan ahead. Great recommendations provided to explore Littlehampton and surrounding areas. Highly recommend. »

« Not the easiest cottage to find since it took 2 attempts! However, once located we were thrilled to find picture postcard perfect home away from home. Clean, comfortable, and well appointed with nice outdoor space. Very easy access to local countryside. »
