« Beds in our room were made, but the bathroom and floors were not cleaned when we arrived. Needed a very deep clean-the refrigerator and microwave were dirty. Had to request towels as we only had 1. The other family we were with had to do the same. The pool was like ice water and we ended up having to go to the community center with a heated pool. Even the kids couldn’t enjoy it because it was too cold. Breakfast was sparse and not desirable. »

« Rooms were incredibly dirty to the point where you didn’t really want to touch anything. Slippers stuck to the floor in the bathroom. Bed was the worst I’ve experienced outside the Third World. And just fyi, I’m not very prissy. »

« The suite was clean and large as was the bathroom. Unfortunately, the shower in our room only had a hand held shower that did not want to stay in its holder. The room was dimly lit. It was quiet and the pool was great for my 3 year old granddaughter but it was cold. »
