With a secluded location only 15 minutes from most attractions you really get have both the social excitement before retreating to comfortable seclusion. The cottage was perfect offering exactly the small things that are needed i.e coffee, pre-programmed netflix login, and a terrific layout. It was a true Berkshire stay with the blizzard, being able to just hunker down, or enjoy snowboarding on the mountain that was 10 min away. Great ...

„The property was double booked and they took my money and the code was never received therefore I could not check in to the property. I’m still waiting on a refund of $416.02 . The property should not be listed if people are occupying it. I was distraught when I found out this on my birthday weekend scrambling to find a place to go at almost midnight. This person should be banned from renting out this property so that it doesn’t happen again!“

„Clean room, great shower pressure, updated bathroom and nice breakfast. There’s a bar open till 9 in the main house which is nice. It’s conveniently located to main attractions. We stayed in Remember Baker’s room which had a porch and that was really nice. The property is adorable but needs TLC. The Parsonage house where our room was located had a strong smell of mold/mildew which was tough to ignore. If we didn’t have that issue I would rate it higher but that is hard to get past. „Wir wurden bei unserer Anreise vom Inhaber Brendan sehr herzlich in Empfang genommen. Das Haus ist von 1901, ist frisch renoviert und wird von Brendan und seinem Mann immer noch weiter renoviert. Das Haus und die Zimmer sind sehr schön gestaltet. Wir haben uns in unserem Zimmer sehr wohl gefühlt, da es sehr gemütlich war. Ein großer Pluspunkt ist auch die tolle Dusche mit Regendusche und Handbrause. Gegenüber des Hauses liegt ein größerer Parkplatz, wo wir kostenlos parken konnten. Die Umgebung ...

„The host was on site when we arrived and greeted us graciously and efficiently. The room was clean and spacious, with a beautifully renovated bathroom (Room 5). The bed was a bit soft for our taste, but comfortable. There was no place to hang clothes, but there was plenty of drawer space in the bureau and bed stands. The reservation portal indicates the room has a hair dryer and a microwave oven, but it does not. They are still in renovation mode, so the outer appearance of the property still ...

„The breakfast every morning was wonderful with a great variety to choose from. The staff couldn’t be any more friendly, accommodating, and welcoming! The pool looked very inviting, however it was too cool out and or raining. Hopefully next time… there will definitely be a next time!“

„Property is very well kept. Rooms are charming and quaint. Restaurant was across the hall from our room and food was great. Drinks were great! And the beach bar with live entertainment was a huge bonus! My wife and I had an awesome time at the nest! And it was only a 20 minute drive the Saratoga racetrack!“
