« This is our 3rd visit to Newport Beach and we have rented other houses in the area and I have to say this was my favorite so far. They make the check in and check out so easy and simple, I love that! The house sits right on the beach in a more quieter area which I enjoyed. The patio is very spacious which made it nice for entertaining since we had family near by. The kitchen had everything we needed. The beds were super comfy and they had plenty of extra pillows! « We had a great stay! The condo was clean and spacious and was in an amazing location. It’s 20 minutes to Disney and 20 minutes to Huntington Beach. We enjoyed both. It was a short stay, but the condo had everything we needed! Communication was great and easy when we had a problem that was easily and quickly fixed. Will stay here again! »

« We had an amazing stay in Huntington Beach! The location was perfect and just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops. The home was spotless, beachy vibes, and stocked with everything we needed for our first trip to the beach with our one year old son.The host was incredibly responsive and made the entire process seamless from start to finish. « The unit was great with partial ocean view from patio. Furniture all clean and comfortable. Our host, Hani, communicated quickly and accommodated all our needs. This was our 4th year at 1200 PCH (different units) and love the safe neighborhood and easy walk to Downtown Huntington. Fireworks visable from pool area on 4th of July. We are planning to go back next summer. »

« The condo was perfect for us temporarily when our house flooded. We stayed just over a month and a half. The condo is quiet and the neighbors are friendly. The owner was very responsive and handled a minor problem very quickly, which we really appreciated. »

« We had another fantastic time at this lovely beach cottage. This is our 2nd time staying at this beach cottage due to its many perks. Great accommodations with all the luxuries. « This rental worked really well for our needs! It had a great location and lots of beds. My favorite part of the experience was the check-out
 no chores allowed! Most places we’ve stayed at have an extensive list of check out chores - on top of charging a cleaning fee. At the end of our stay, we packed up our bags and locked the house! Everything was smooth and our host was communicative throughout. »
