Tyler was wonderful in communicating throughout our stay. The home was beautiful, clean, and had everything we needed. The spa was a great addition to be able to use. The outdoor patio was very clean and you just walked right out to the beach. Would love to visit again! Nearby restaurants are walking distance. We had an amazing vacation here.

Excellent spot for a family beach experience. There is no better location with the house proving to be worthy of a vacation that included multiple families. The hosts are extremely respectful and responsive. Overall an extremely satisfying stay!

Family Getaway!

We traveled from Ohio to visit my brother in Huntington Beach and had a wonderful family reunion on the West Coast to escape the Ohio weather. The beach house was perfect for our group of 10, ranging in age from 14 to 74, with plenty of space for everyone to spread out. Being right on the beach and close to both Long Beach and Huntington Beach downtowns gave us endless activities to enjoy. Each morning, we were thrilled to watch dolphins swimming and jumping while surfers rode the waves. We also took a day trip to Catalina Island, which felt like something out of a storybook. It was an absolutely amazing trip, and we will definitely be back!

Amazing Vacation Stay

Loved how close to the beach we were and how private it felt. There was plenty of kitchenware for our family of 7. And no extra fee to use the spa, which was a necessity after our long walks at Disney! Would definitely love to stay again!

Every member of my family had a great time. We were right on the beach which was amazing and when the evenings cooled off (our trip was in October) we enjoyed the hot tub and the fire pit. There was plenty of sand and beach toys keeping everyone busy and happy! Definitely would recommend!

Awesome beach house vacation

This beach house was perfect for our family and friends "stay-cation". The home was clean and well-furnished, the beds were super comfy, and the kitchen was modern with plenty of dishes/utensils/etc. Tons of room for entertaining on the patio deck, and the location (right on the sand) was a huge hit with our family and friends. The ocean view, especially from the master suite on the second floor, was world-class. Location was walking distance to several great Sunset Beach eating/drinking spots, and the start of the HB boardwalk was just a block away. Tyler our host was super helpful and responsive to any questions we had. We'll be back for sure!

Awesome family vacation!

This was a four-generation family vacation. We all had a wonderful time. You can't beat the location—directly on Sunset Beach, which was perfect for swimming and boogie-boarding. The smaller grandchildren had fun just playing in the sand and running into and out of the waves.

Perfect Beach Getaway: Clean, Amazing Host, Unbeatable Location

Our family recently stayed at this beach house and had an amazing experience. The property was clean and perfect for our family of 9. The host, Tyler, was fantastic—always responsive and easy to work with. The location is unbeatable, with direct beach access just steps away. Everything we needed for a day at the beach was provided, and the house was well stocked with basic necessities. We enjoyed easy walks to the shore and stunning sunsets right from the property. Highly recommend this beach house for a perfect beach getaway!

Family vacation

Stunning location and home. We had an absolutely magical time. I kept the details under wraps, so it was priceless to see my family's face when they saw the deck with jacuzzi+, and the beach as our back yard. I'd be remiss if I didn't say that Tyler is FABulous.

Amazing location!

Well maintained home, right on the beach! We had a wonderful week on the beach with the entire family! We enjoyed the bbq, outdoor seating, fire pit, and hot tub. The outdoor shower was super convenient to rinse off the sand. We’ll definitely be back!

The property was perfect for our week at the beach.

This was our 2nd year staying in Sunset Beach, first time at this property, last year at their other property a few blocks away. The whole experience from booking to the end of our stay, was the most easy going and pleasant experience. The house and the location is amazing! The furnishings and the beds were very comfortable. Tyler, the property manager does a great job. Had to get a hold of him once or twice and he is prompt and professional every time.

Perfect Beachfront Getaway: Ideal Location, Family-Friendly Amenities, and Excellent Host

We had an incredibly enjoyable stay at this beachfront property! The location of the house is perfect, allowing easy access to the beach, local restaurants, and boat charters in Huntington Harbor. The beach itself was absolutely perfect for our family. It wasn’t too crowded, the waves were calm, there were no rocks, and the people were friendly. The house itself suited our family well and provided everything we needed for the beach, including chairs, soft tops, boogie boards, towels, and sand toys. The outdoor shower was convenient for washing off the sand, and the jacuzzi was a fantastic way to unwind after a day at the beach. The house was well-stocked with essential items and impeccably clean. Tyler, the host, was wonderful to work with—very accommodating and responsive. We’re already looking forward to booking again for next year!

Pretty, pretty, pretty good

House was clean, comfortable, well kept. The beach access was a few steps out the door. The master suite which looks over the beach and ocean and has a lounge area with a large tv and fireplace was awesome. Quiet neighborhood, beaches in mid-May were almost empty. Dolphins cavorted close to shore three days in a row, around 10 of them. Recommend this house to anyone.

Perfect location with great outdoor space and master!

This home is located on an idyllic stretch of the beach. Has everything, including the white picket fence and flowers. Just beautiful. Loved the outdoor space with the spa as well as the spacious master bedroom with incredible views. Host answered any questions I had immediately and was very friendly. Highly recommend this property for a relaxing beach vacation!
