Everything was perfect for our Christmas stay. House had everything our large group of adults and kids needed—lots of space, beds, and baths. We had non-stop fun with the pool, sports court, arcade games, trampoline, playground. Host was very responsive, though we did not need anything from the host during our stay because the house was well stocked. We will definitely be booking this house again.

It was an exquisite house and property. 21 people/3 generations enjoyed this home. They provided all of our needs.If we did need anything, Ruby or her husband were there within 30 minutes! If we weren’t in the Park, we were on property and no one got bored. The last day we had an Olympics from midnight doge ball and free throws in the gym, to swim races, cornhole and slip and slide.Best VRBO ever!!! Highly recommend !

The Perfect Family Reunion! Slip and Slide a huge hit, the pool, slide and waterfall amazing!

Great orientation upon arrival for my son! Having seating in the kitchen area for all is a big plus. The kitchen was stocked well for all our cooking and baking needs and the grills were put to good use. The house was roomy and comfortable and very clean. The gym was a big hit. The games and activities in the gym, house game room, lawn games and pool gave something for everyone to enjoy. Our time at The Grand Desert Oasis was worth the cost, we all have forever memories and our family drew even closer together through our short stay. Thanks so much for opening you beautiful home and amenities to our family.

Loved it!! Perfect place for large family reunion.

We loved our stay, and we hope to stay again in the future. There was so much to do, and, with the exception of a Taco Bell run and daily bike rides, we literally never left the property. When storms came in two of the afternoons, we played volleyball and pickleball in the air-conditioned gym. The house main level had so much seating space. That’s why we rent a place like this—to be together under one roof. The outdoor slide was amazing. This was the surprise big hit of the week for everyone—kids and adults. Unique offering, and we couldn’t get enough. We also loved the kitchen layout. Especially loved the griddles on the stove and the incredible pebble ice maker. We used that a lot, and it kept up with our 35 guests. Plenty of garbage bags, three fridges casita fridge, Ziplocks, etc. There were plenty of shower towels and we loved the soap, shampoo, and conditioner dispensers. We also loved the plentiful and quality brand of toilet paper. Last of all, we loved our host (Ruby). She was awesome, giving us a detailed tour when we first arrived and responding super quickly anytime we had a question or concern during our stay (like when the locking bolt on the gym door went crazy). I felt very comfortable reaching out and she was always responsive. Highly recommend staying here, and we hope to again next year.

The entire property was amazing!

We had a wonderful stay! The house is so well stocked, and there was so much space for everyone. We had a large group, ages 2 to 85 and everyone had a great time. The bedrooms are large and there are plenty of bathrooms. The out door space was incredible. Everyone loved the pool. The grandkids spent a lot of time on the trampoline and the swing set. The big kids enjoyed the slip and slide. Having the gym was great but we spent most the time in the pool and hot tub. Check in and out was very easy. I highly recommend. Utah is gorgeous and there are so many things to in the area like Zion National Park, Snow Canyon, Coral Pink Sand Dunes, golfing, etc. There was also a little animal farm nearby that the grandkids really enjoyed.

Great time!

Property manager was great and very eager to help with everything. The house is just like portrayed.in the photos . The kids and adults loved the slip and slide and the sports gym was great for our competitions. Pickle ball was a favorite. Everything couldn’t have been better!

Best place for bringing families together

All of our families and friends (little ones, teenagers, and adults) all loved staying here. The location is stunning. The house and the property are beautiful. The pictures are amazing and still don’t even do it justice for just how wonderful this property is. So much room for everyone to be comfortable. The star gazing is amazing in the backyard. We all hope we can come back here someday for another family reunion. Everyone was blown away by this place. And the owner and property managers are the best. Can’t recommend this place enough

Fantastic Family Reunion!

Our 3-generation family of 30 stayed four nights for a reunion we have only every 3 years. We traveled from Washington, Idaho, Texas, and Utah to be there. Our overall experience was beyond our expectations! In fact, we had planned an outing to Sand Hollow, but were having so much fun on the property we cancelled that and basically had a four-day pool party. The bedrooms were perfect for our couples and kids. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. The pool and water slide were tons of fun! The water in them was perfect temperature. The cooking facilities in the kitchen were great. The fridge and freezer took a day to get down to temperature sufficiently. We played relay games, volleyball, and basketball in the ball court and it was wonderful. As we discussed what we will do in 3 more years, it was suggested by some that we come back. I really appreciated the outstanding responsiveness of the manager, Ruby, both before and during our stay.

The perfect desert oasis to relax, enjoy and play as a family.

This beautiful fully equipped luxurious home has everything to keep kids and adults busy playing and enjoying all there is to offer which is a lot. There is no time to be bored. The setting is gorgeous with the mountain behind you and the full moon setting behind it. We had a wonderful time and would love to return again!

Paradise in Hurricane

The place was perfect for a large group and offered so many different amenities and had large spacious living areas. It is also very close to Zion National Park so it serves as a nice home base to visit that area. Also very reasonably priced. Would stay here again without a doubt!

FANTASTIC HOME & MANAGER!

We had a BLAST and made amazing memories! We needed time as a huge family of 11 kids, all grown with their own families, to get to know our nieces nephews and cousins better. We stayed four nights Monday-Friday and it was perfect. So much room for everyone and so much to do. The pool alone we pretty much all lived in! We had 40 people from ages 1-65. 7 private bedrooms for couples and 2 more bedrooms with a bunch of triple bunk beds for cousins to sleep in! Private basketball court that was so well loved and used often, fully stocked with balls of all kind, including pickleball! Four arcade machines that were a huge hit! Huge slip and slide and splash pad that were in use constantly. Even a playground and trampoline that all loved! The main floor eating area/kitchen and seating is huge and accommodated us great! Rooms are roomy with roomy closet’s and plenty of bathrooms. The casita is a nice separate living space with its own kitchen/living room and two bedrooms. Men that had to still work electronically did their work there during the day. Both the owner, Sean, and manager, Ruby, were so awesome to work with. When the hot tub had an issue Ruby was so fast to respond and solve the problem. Checkout/clean was easy and simple which we all appreciated. Super clean house and gorgeous! Everyone is asking when we are going to come back. Some serious core memories were unlocked during this special trip, including glow in the dark dodgeball, & epic family basketball game!

Wonderful stay and fantastic house!

Our stay was wonderful! The property is amazing, there are so many activities for having fun and relaxing! We ended up having about 20 guests staying at the house, and about 15 more visiting during the day (who either lived nearby or had their own rental spots). There was plenty of room for everyone, we could have easily fit everyone at the house. Lots of space for cooking and eating together. And with the pool, the sports court, and the games, everyone was entertained all day! The slip n slide was a huge hit :) We were initially a little worried about keeping the 10pm quiet time (so many of us hadn't seen each other in years, and we knew folks would end up chatting late into the night), but it was actually very easy with so many different places inside to comfortably spend time. The views from the house are incredible too. And the property manager, Ruby, is super responsive and helpful, we were really impressed and happy! Highly recommend staying at the Grand Desert Oasis!!

We had a great stay--so much fun we barely needed to leave the property. The rules and community regulations seemed a bit off-putting but to be honest it didn't bother us a bit to shut down the pool by 10, as we could just move the fun to the indoor gym. I asked several of the older grandkids what their idea of the perfect reunion spot and quite a few of them said, "honestly? This place." After over a decade of yearly reunions, that's a great recommendation.
