The space
This three bedroom, 2 & half bath home is 2200 square ft.² that comes with (2) 65 inch Smart TV’s (Netflix, Hulu, Apple TV…etc)one upstairs and one downstairs, in both family rooms.

A full size Kitchen with provided dishes and utensils and everything you need for cooking. A pantry that comes with a few provided treats(Snacks, Drinks, Coffee and a complimentary bottle of wine or non-alcoholic Cider) for our guests during their visit.

There is a dinning area and a kitchen island bar as well as eating areas outside in our private backyard patio that provides a lovely outside lounging spot with a gas fire pit and beautiful lighting. The backyard patio also provides a BBQ cooking area and umbrellas.

The Master Suite: this is located on the main floor(bottom floor of the house) with its beautiful full Bathroom and walk-in closet, **Washer and Dryer is located in the Walk-in Closet**. A projector(with smart devices like Netflix, Hulu, Apple TV…etc) and a movie screen is provided in the master suite for a fun evening together (info on operation of the projector will be provided in the room). Beautiful Shower with rain fall shower head and bidet on toilet. Bathroom closet with provided towels and toiletries. Very comfortable King Size Bed(Memory Foam) with two night stands that have usb charging stations and a full size wide dresser w/mirror.

1st Guest Bathroom: Provided under the stairs(Half bath) with Bidet.

Garage: two car garage with provided cleaning supplies located in there during your stay.

Main Family Room: connected to the kitchen and dining area with a big “L” shape couch and ottoman and TV.

Second Family Room(Upstairs): another “L” shape couch, with one with recliners on the ends of the couch. A “nest chair” and TV.

Office: A Private Office with an “L” shape desk that offers an Apple Computer for our guests to use and a smart printer.

2nd Guest Bathroom: Provided upstairs(Full Bathroom) Beautiful Shower with rain fall shower head and bidet on toilet. Bathroom closet with provided towels and toiletries.

1st Guest Room: This room has a very comfortable Queen Size Bed. Comes with a tall dresser and a full size closet. Futon is included in the room for additional sleeping or lounging.

2nd Guest Room(Bunk Room): This Room comes with 6 twin size beds(memory foam mattresses). One tall dresser and an full size closet.

There is additional parking on the side of the house(driveway) in front or behind the gate. Other parking is done at the Main Street for courtesy of other neighbors in the area.
