We recently stayed at this property, with four adults and one child/2 cars. Overall, a positive experience! The listing is mostly accurate but there were details that would have been helpful to know.Positive: Space was clean, mostly comfortable, everything worked, and it was close to everything we wanted to do at the Cape.Neutral/FYI: *No microwave. It was not listed as an amenity, so we were not mislead, but we did not think to check specifically for this.*No storage in one of the rooms. One of the bedrooms had no tables or storage for belongings. Non-primary had a TV, others didn't, which was odd.*Light switches and outlets were inconvenient at best. We bought extension cords to plug in phones etc. near the beds.*Parking: Only one designated space near the unit, guest parking nearby may be full if you get back late.Negative: *Air conditioning: There are only two units, in the primary bedroom and the living area. The two other bedrooms had ceiling fans, but we visited during a very humid time, and those two rooms were very uncomfortable with doors closed. *Pool hours were only 11am-6pm, it is padlocked otherwise. The one day we went, it was extremely crowded with rowdy children. Toys and balls were flying everywhere and it was a little dangerous. There was a lifeguard taking things away, but it was not relaxing or fun. (This is not something the host has control of, obviously, but it did impact our stay!)
