BEACH DETAILS:
The house is located by Keyes Memorial Beach. It's a relaxing, secluded beach with paid public parking that is great for families & kids of all ages! The water is calm and there's plenty of space so that you aren't on top of someone else. We enjoy watching the fireworks off the beach every Fourth of July. This beach is a great place to relax and read a book, and a little known treasure.

You are welcome to park in our driveway. Our neighborhood is very safe & walkable. Plenty of Ubers and Lyfts available as well!

Please note that all cancellations within the cancellation timeline will be charged a 7% processing fee if cancelled.

Only the number of guests listed with the reservation are allowed at the property at ALL times.

Please do not request an early check in time through the app. Early check in times selected through the app are not applicable, even if the booking is "accepted". If you would like early check in, you must message us. Standard check in time is anytime after 4pm.

Please be respectful of the decor and the space itself. We've put a lot of time and energy into making and keeping this home beautiful, if you ruin something or break our house rules we will keep your security deposit.
