Wirkt größer als es ist
Schönes Appartement, wenn auch schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Terrasse und Ausblick ist das schönste, die Zimmer wirken online deutlich größer. Check in war easy, unsere Betreuerin Susanna hat sich, wenn ein Problem auftrat, immer gleich gekümmert und war erreichbar. Die Innenstadt in Laufnähe ist schon sehr vorteilhaft, auch genügend Parkplätze sind vorhanden. Einziger Wermutstropfen sind die Bässe vom Pacha. Für lärmempfindliche nicht optimal.

Nicely furnished apartment at a great location.
Overall we enjoyed our stay at this apartment. Very friendly and helpful host manager. The location is wonderful for nightlife, at the same time it was a quiet, secure area. Unfortunately, we were disappointed by the cleanliness of the apartment (the towels and the bedsheets had stains on them which was not very pleasant to use) as well as the apartments was not very clean at the check in (particularly the floor).

Beautiful Apartment - Perfect Location
Myself, husband and two daughters (aged 15 and 18) stayed here for one week. The whole booking process was faultless and pre-departure communication was excellent. On arrival at the apartment, we were impressed at the location - close enough to the marinas and Old Town, but far away enough from the hustle & bustle of Ibiza night life. The apartment complex is very smart and secure. The interior of the apartment is stunning - beautifully furnished, air conditioned, wonderful balcony, great views and well-equipped with absolutely everything one could possibly need. Also, as all the bedrooms were at the back of the property, there was no noise from Pacha etc. to be heard whilst sleeping. The ONLY negative we had were the lack of sunbeds by the pool (age-old problem) and the fact that the same people grabbed the same beds day in day out. Mind you, the beds are a tad uncomfortable - very low and not adjustable. Basically, we would have no hesitation in booking again with HomeAway, returning to this part of Ibiza and returning to this property. Loved it!!
