Smell of urine and lack of aeration in the hallways. In order to have access to Wi-Fi you had to create an account with Whyndam and share personal information. Bes mattress was in terrible shape. As soon as someone sat or laid on it, it would sink on that side. Stains on pillows and comforters. Reno’s where done to the bathroom but cracks in the drywall on top of shower head and ceiling fan hanging from ceiling. Only being held in place by wires. Garbage at the front door that wasn’t hard to see that it had been there for a bit. "Le positif: le petit dejeuner était de bonne qualité et le personnel présent le matin, très sympathique. Le reste: cher pour ce que c'était. La chambre pas très propre et vraiment exiguë. Pas de vraie salle de bain, une baignoire collée aux wc, rien pour poser les affaires et le lavabo dans la chambre. C'était une chambre pour 6, à 4 nous étions déjà très serrés. Un acceuil sans chaleur, avec l'impression de déranger. La piscine très jolie mais beaucoup de clients qui boivent, mangent, jouent aux cartes en chaussures de ville autour du bassin, alors que c'est interdit, pas assez de serviettes de bain. C'était un flop. Jai réservé un best western avec de l'attente au niveau de la prestation au vu du prix et du standing de qualité de l'enseigne. "
