„Sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Hotel angestellte an der Rezeption wie auch im Zimmer service. Fühlte mich sehr wohl und gut aufgehoben. Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig und haben einen wundervollen Ausblick auf die Stadt, da das das Areal vor dem Hotel niedrige Bauten hat und eine Atmosphäre austrahlt zum verweilen.“

Check-in instructions were not provided in advance and communication was delayed; I had to arrive without clear guidance. Once on site, the check-in itself was quick and the staff member was friendly. Inside the apartment, only one bath towel was provided, with no hand towels or kitchen towels. There was no iron, ironing board, kettle, or basic kitchen cleaning supplies such as a sponge ...
