« On dirait une place où les clients habitent. Odeur d herbes dans les corridors et mauvaises odeurs dans les chambres. J'avais payé deux nuits mais j'ai quitté avant et fait la route pour arriver chez moi plutôt. »

« The room was available for an early check in as requested. We were here for a funeral and they were kind enough to leave us a sympathy card. Very nice room, comfortable bed, spacious, with a Jacuzzi and a fireplace available. A beautiful view of the river right outside our door. I highly recommend staying here. »

« The property is dated. The staff was very nice and responsive to our needs. The rooms themselves needed work, though serviceable. It served our purpose...a place to stay. Otherwise, nothing memorable except the couple of cockroaches we had as roommates, and the dated heating units were loud. »

« I wasn’t given the jacuzzi room like I reserved. I was given a room with a jetted tub. When asked about it was told it’s all the same thing. Even when I showed a picture of the room I booked. I was brushed off and told they didn’t have rooms like that. Not a happy experience »

« It was our second time staying at this beautiful hotel. The employees and the installations are amazing . Everything is also super accessible (stores, restaurants, public transportation). BUT, we had a little problem with the bathroom : it needed some work done. The very small sink needed some caulk and had almost no pressure. But overall, we had an amazing stay at the Nylo :) »

« Tout est propre et fonctionnel. Le déjeuner n'est peut-être pas de la haute gastronomie, mais c'est un déjeuner chaud et ça fonctionne. La piscine aurait mérité légèrement plus d'entretien, mais c'était tout de même bien pour s'y baigner. Ils offrent des biscuits en soirée. »
