« Stayed 2 nights after leaving Disney. Property was nice, plenty of room and everything seemed to work as it should. I didn't use pool due to being too cold, would have been nice to be more heated (but it was October). Condo was as listed. Host made everything easy. The only thing I would warn people of is the "stickers" in the grass area behind condo. Take the sidewalk! My granddaughter stepped on some sort of sticker plant in grass (they blend in with grass) and had a BUNCH of tiny stickers...

« Property was very nice, short walk to the beach but perfect for what we needed it for. Pool was nice, downside is that they are strict on closing the pool at dusk, cant even walk through it as needed to get to the ocean at night so you have to walk around the buildings if you want to walk the ocean at night. Other then that it was perfect and still worth the 5 star rating. I think my favorite feature is the bigger then king sized bed. Sooooo much room makes me want one at home but the girlfriend...

« Rental was through Vtrips, who required you to e-sign a rental contract but otherwise very smooth process. The pick-up and dropoff for keys and security pass was easy and nearby the property. Loved everything that was made available in the condo from blocks for our small child, kitchen and laundry needs. Space was clean and spacious. Near the beach but about 15 minute drive from the main part of St. Augustine (historic section with shops and restaurants). »
