« All of us agreed it was definitely one of the better Vrbo stays we have been in. It’s a cozy weekend stay with good air conditioning and amenities. The instructions to enter were clear enough that it was easy to enter and start our stay. The shower was pleasant. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and towels were provided, which was unanticipated but nice! The fridge and extra closet space was nice and the desks and tv were nice for getting some work done. »

« We came for a long weekend to attend the Newport Folk Festival and the location of this home couldn’t have been better! It was very close to Fort Adams and downtown Newport. Quiet street and cozy and clean home! »

« The property was very clean and well maintained! Brad was very informative on the check in process and their was plenty of resources left out for us like linens, towels, etc. Very cute space and super close to many great restaurants and beaches. Close in terms of driving to close locations as well. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend those looking for a cute beach stay to look here! »

« The location was perfect. We could walk everywhere, avoiding needing to find a parking space. Since we walked everywhere, returning to a hot steam shower was perfect. The home was exactly as described. We enjoyed having all the comforts of home while traveling. »

« Appartement très bien situé, possibilité de visiter la ville à pied. 2 chambres. Celle qui est sur la photo est très bien. La 2ème mérite d'être mieux aménagée. Elle est petite. Pas possible d'y déposer sa valise. Pas de décoration. pas de table de nuit ni de lampe de chevet par manque de place. il faudrait réfléchir à poser une tablette au dessus de la tête de lit. Le seul miroir a du être posé par un géant ! je mesure 1,60m et il m'a fallu me mettre sur la pointe des pieds pour voir le haut...

« Great ample space for our family. With two comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms, it was perfect for four. We enjoyed the spacious living room and balcony giving us enough room to spread out with our dogs. The kitchen has everything you need, therefore, its nice for whipping up some quick meals or if you need to heat up anything. I thoroughly enjoyed not just the place itself but how quick of a drive it was to downtown Newport. The host, Bryan was also VERY responsive, answering any questions in...
