« The Ascott Pazhou in Guangzhou is located near the modern center of the city, facing the Canton Tower (accessible by feet) and close to the Party Wharf (also accessible by feet). The hotel is new: a tall building offering all posible amenities. I used the swimming pool in the 24th floor, stunning view and large pool. All perfectly clean. The room was very comfortable. A positive note, it has a (remarkably silent) washing machine and washing powder as well! Nespresso machine and a few...

« Hôtel bien situé , de nombreuses options de restauration à proximité. Metro à 5mn de marche. Petit déjeuner varié . Les chambres sont un peu vieillissantes. »

« Bien placé et c'est tout »

« The room is outdated, and you can see parts of the wall breaking and falling off. The AC is loud at night and does not cool the room. The lighting is good in the room, but the hallway is as dark as a scary movie. My biggest complaint is that there is a step in the middle of the room, which is very dangerous, especially when you have children or elderly people with you; if you do not pay attention at night, it could be a major hazard.

« The area was nice the staff was friendly and room and description was spot on ! I would stay there again! »

« During my stay, I took a short trip back to Hong Kong expecting to return and pick up my luggage that I had left in my room. Unfortunately I was unable to return. I contacted the staff and the management went in, packed up my luggage, including my laptop and had it ready for the courier to pick up and deliver to me in Hong Kong. Without their help, I do not know what I would have done. Communication was exemplary. They had everything packed up and then sent me photos of my luggage to confirm. I...
