« This roomy cottage is just perfect for a getaway at the edge of the world and can comfortably accommodate a large family or a couple of couples and kids. Your hosts Pauline and Hugh are marvellous and are happy to help with suggestions on nearby attractions and the surrounding countryside is breathtaking with towering mountains right next to a proper surf beach. The local sheep make it all so idyllic. We’ll be back soon. »

« The house is clean and spacious Comes with everything Stayed during a severe storm which took out the hydro but the owner had someone there to check but it was the local hydro who were quick to fix in the morning Other than that the stay is wonderful Must visit the Rusty Mackerel and the cliffs close by »

« Le cottage est très bien situé, entre Ardara et Slieve League. Le paysage est sauvage et isolé, très beau. La maison est fonctionnelle et rien ne manque. Seul petit bémol, le réfrigérateur est un peu petit pour une famille de 5 personnes. C'était très bien! »

« We - myself, my adult daughter and her dog - spent a week at the property. It's clean, warm, fully equipped and a great location to 'get away from it all' and explore South Donegal. All in all, everything went well and we had a great time. Highly recommend this property - just be aware that it IS remote (but that's part of the attraction). »

« The minute we walked into this cottage we knew we had chosen the right place for our extended family meet-up in Ireland. Beautifully decorated with lovely fabrics and furniture. The kitchen has upscale appliances and it too, is artful in its presentation. The bathroom is lovely too. One of the best parts is that it's at the end a narrow rural road, with just another cottage. The view is spectacular with rolling hills, sheep and rock walls. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and we're already...

« Property felt more like home than a rental. Perfect location and walking distance to all stores, pubs and eateries. Great choice for five adults. Clean and comfortable. This would be my first recommendation for accommodation in Ardara, Co. Donegal. »
