« The check in personnel was inadequately trained and had to phone someone to help check me in. The room I booked wasn't available, and the only ones they had were not clean (@ 10:30 pm at night, seems someone wasn't doing their job that day). I was offered a lessor room, and since I had been driving for 5 hours to get here, I needed a room. They didn't offer to compensate me for the difference or even suggest any future comps on my next stay. »

« We can’t say enough good things about this place. It was perfect for the 6 of us while we were in Gainesville for a wedding. The owner is awesome and was always only a text away. There were 2 sets of laundry rooms, a refrigerator in each room, the bathroom are all updates and beautiful. Four minutes to downtown Gainesville was nice for going out to eat and activities. If anyone is thinking of staying in Gainesville look no further, this is the place. You can set outside on the patio and we saw...

« Nice location and great room. I believe the walls may have been a lil thin but that’s really all as fas as complaints. The heater isn’t all that hot but it does get hot.. I also noticed a broken blind that goes on the window blinds. I really haven’t noticed it until hours later but I didn’t see the broken piece anywhere so im assuming this is a recent incident before my stay. »
