« The property was on the beach and near Boardwalk 22, which made it easy to cross the foliage on a wooden walkway and get right onto the beach. The kitchen was well stocked with pans, plates, glasses, and silverware. The property was clean. On this visit, the screen door to the balcony appeared broken and off the track propped up next to the wall on the balcony, which just meant we kept the door closed, however, otherwise we would have enjoyed a screen door and the beach air. « We adored this little house! It was PERFECT for what we needed and was very well stocked! Comfortable, quiet and a great space! So close to the beach, with an awesome tree swing and back yard! « We were overall pleased with the house and the property. But my main concern was the hot tub was broken and it was dirty. And the hot tub and being on the beach was what we both were looking forward to. « Really enjoyed this property. It was clean and seems to have had some updates since the photos were posted on the site. For our quick trip, this was a perfect place to rest in the evenings. Loved the balcony on the lake. Few Cons… dresser seemed to be broken and the glass stove top had a pretty major crack in it, so I was scared to use that. Overall we really did enjoy this property and we plan on saving this one for future trips to the area. Also the owner was very kind. »

« I read a lot of reviews for this place before booking. It’s not an understatement that it does get a little noisy at night. But I wouldn’t say it kept me up. I would highly recommend staying here. It’s easy to get to and walk anywhere else on Folly. Nice and close to Charleston too, with a much more laid back vibe. »
