« Such a wonderful stay. All staff were so friendly at all times. Nothing was a problem for any staff member. You could have forgiven them for being all focussed on the All Backs staying there but this was not the case at all. We had the best room service ever experienced in any hotel. Speedy service with hot wonderfully tasting food. »

« What a lovely setting for a stay in Rotarua! Close enough to town to have easy access while keeping a bit of distance between the amazing geysers and their aromas and antics. Further, the rooms and grounds are a destination in themselves, with the accommodating manager Rajiv Shama and his staff always available to help with questions, reservations, and transportation. Breakfasts were lovely and fast. Take the time to walk the grounds and talk to the parrots. Thoroughly charming. »

10/10 Excellent

"The hotel was fantastic and the staff were wonderful. However, the blinking LED lights on the smoke detector right above the bed were quite disturbing at night and made it hard to sleep. Also, the bathtub faucet didn’t close completely, and the toilet tank started refilling by itself every five minutes, which was a bit annoying."
