„Very attractive spacious condo in a nice modern building just a short drive or bike ride to downtown CDA. Nicely appointed, clean, full kitchen, washer/dryer, balcony, and 2 new cruiser bikes free to use. Stephen gave excellent instructions and replied right away to my questions. The bakery located in the building was very convenient. The only downside was the bed was a little too firm for our comfort, but the bedding was high quality.“

„Not great. It’s near a high school and limited transportation. Outdated appliances, the shower was cold and loud due to some plumbing issues. Traffic is loud as it’s near the main road also by a fire dept. Dead pests in cheap blind shades they provide they refused to maintain and clean. The tv remote was broken and no battery replacement.
