Also be aware that the place where you park is above the basement apartment down a short but fairly steep gravel path and/or another steep stairway. My wife and I are old and very unsteady on or feet. It would have been nice for us old folks if we had known what we were getting into. But it’s great if you are young. « We were in town for a wedding and it met our needs and cheaper than hotel for 4 adults. However, the AC is only a portable Costco unit and works well in the living room only. The downstairs and bedrooms have no working AC, usually in WA not a problem but, it was warm during our stay. « Beautiful daylight basement with private patio in a pretty wooded area. No view of the water, and a bit of street noise outside, but quiet inside except for the putter-patter of little feet from upstairs sometimes. The resident small dog and cat were friendly and happy to welcome us. Shopping was just minutes away. Watch for deer if you drive the area at dusk/dark! At the corner where you turn into the neighborhood, there are tons of wild blackberries. »

« The staff was very efficient on checking us in. However, there was no shampoo or conditioner in the shower. The room was overpoweringly smelling of perfume. When we got there, you could see the daylight all the way around the door the air conditioner was broken to where we could not effectively Direct The airflow that being said the sheets were very clean and the beds were fairly comfortable.
