« Place was nice, but the bartenders were obviously under the influence of opioids...they shut the outside bar down way before sunset... absolutely not making the kind of money they could make there...would go back, but would expect to see major changes at poolside ..the breakfast was excellent and the room was cozy, but during the summer there should be live entertainment everyday at the pool between 530-8pm...allot of people would never leave for dinner, they would have it there by the pool »

« Very nice and clean and easy check in . Beautiful pools and rented chairs were nice also .very clean unit , easy parking . Negatives were we were given the wrong code to the garage gate . The master bedroom had an outside light that caused the bedroom to be like daylight all night long . All they need to do is put light blocking curtains in the bedroom . The mattress needs to be a memory foam and was not the best and the sheet kept coming off . You need a sheet with bigger pockets .the ceiling...

« It’s a perfect getaway right on the beach. With a king mattress, two bunk beds, and a pullout couch you enjoy this place with many family and friends. It’s super clean, showers work great and the view is unbeatable. Parking is super easy with the garage having luggage carts and an over the street walkway. Would highly recommend to anyone interested. »

« There was more here than expected… fully stocked, and it seemed travelers left behind little gifts here and there, so we added a souvenir cup!The view was incredible, master bed was super comfy! The tv was a tiny bit complicated, but once it was figured out is was simple! The views of the sunrise and sunset from the really large patio/balcony were INCREDIBLE!We’re definitely returning, and Phil was a pleasure!We plan to enjoy all of the onsite amenities on our next stay! »

« A wonderful condo- great location, beautiful views. It was within walking distance to Pier Park and a couple of restaurants. 8th floor is great. Didn’t have any issues with parking. Good pools, hot tub and quick access to the beach. We would love to return. « This was a great property, all was very clean. The beds were super comfortable (that's a plus for me). Very spacious and great location. Only downside was the grill, it was very dirty and the its an electric grill, so very slow cooking. Overall it was great. Will keep them on my list of return properties. »

« We loved this condo. We were a group of 3 women and it was great to find a place with 3 bedrooms with King and Queen beds and each with own bathroom. The views are amazing. Lots of space inside and on the balcony. It was really nice to have the beach chairs set up and waiting for us, but as a group pf 3, we only had 2 chairs and 1 umbrella. The cost for a second set was 20 per day. The sets are also set up very close together - I hit the umbrella next to us when getting up. Not sure why...
