« This unit had a great location. It was spacious and comfortable for my family of three. If there is room for improvement it would be a better stocked kitchen. This would not deter me from booking this unit again because there are so many great restaurants close by. »

« Water View is definitely fitting for this property. Cleanliness was top notch. Well taken care of. Close to pool. Minutes from pier, shopping, restaurants. Great communication with host. Absolutely love St Simons and this property will definitely be at the top of list for future stays. »

« We liked everything about our stay, it was very enjoyable and clean, close proximate.I would suggest a mattress topper for the sleeper couch as the mattress is a bit flimsy and I think you could upgrade the sleeping experience that way.All in all very nice place ! Thank you! »

« I really enjoyed the condo. Only concern was the curtains didn’t cover the windows in the living room.Blinds or more curtains need to be installed.Very clean in condo with plenty of amenities.Thank you. »

« Very spacious for a condo and the back sliding glass door and patio faces the pool and game area! The outdoor furniture was a great place to sit in the shade and watch the moss swaying in the huge canopy of Live Oaks. The gas grill is a plus We had a fabulous stay! »

« Condo was really nice. Really taken care of and clean. Located close to alot of good restaurants. Loved going sightseeing and just loafing. Would definitely stay there again. Host was very good at supplying all the information about the house, the area, and good places to eat. Thanks for a great time!! »

« We have stayed at Bill’s beach bungalow once before and would definitely stay again. The unit was VERY clean and orderly when we checked in, as was previously. This unit is perfect for a long weekend and we enjoyed our time here. The location is primary reason we chose to stay a second time. Cross one little street and down a path to beach! »
