« Très belle maison où nous avons été très bien accueillis La chambre (n° 8) disposait d'une terrasse couverte ; chaque voiture a son emplacement et nous sommes informés par mail avant notre arrivée de l'endroit où il faut se garer. Tout a été fait pour faciliter notre séjour : prêt de DVD, de GPS, brochures etc... Petit déjeuner excellent et gâteaux servis l'après midi tout était très bien y compris l'emplacement tout près du centre de Bar Harbor (5 mn à pied) »

« My mother and I had the best stay at Heathwood Inn when we visited Bar Harbor this summer. The staff is amazingly nice and they even prepared for my last breakfast the famous pumpkin waffles I had seen in the comments and nicely asked for - if possible (they are so delicious). It is also very easy to move around the island as one of the island buses can stop right in front of the Inn, allowing you to explore Acadia without a car and struggling to find parking. Yass! »

« Eric and his team were wonderful. We feel so lucky that they had a last minute room available for a few days. A delightful and special place to stay. Breakfast and snacks were delicious and plentiful. Bed was comfortable and the shower was HEAVEN. This B&B is just a couple of blocks from the main street of Bar Harbor. We only used our car to drive to Acadia, minutes away from Holbrook House. There is even a park shuttle close, if you don't want to take your car into the park. We cannot wait...

« Normally my wife and I are not big bed and breakfast people. However, Harbour Cottage had some of the best reviews in the Acadia National Park area. We gave it a try and we are so glad we did. The Inn Keeper, Arlo, was very helpful with advice on trails. The Owner, Don, was friendly and helpful with tour and restaurant recommendations. The Inn is located on the "quiet side" of the island, which was a blessing for us because we were able to avoid the bustle of Bar Harbor in the mornings and...
