« When i booked on line there was no indication that they were doing construction on the pool right in front of my room. There was a keurig that i was unable to use due to not being able to lift it up to put a pod in. Water pressure was low. Celing in the shower was cracking and parking was terrible »

« Staff were friendly and accommodating! Breakfast was good and when we needed anything we could call the front desk. Really loved the toiletries (it's the little things!) and felt safe in the hotel! »

« Great ocean view, however one elevator was functional the entire week we were there. It’s a large hotel to only have one working elevator. Housekeeping is supposed to be every other day, however we did not have anyone attempt to clean our room in 5 days. We ran out of toilet paper and had to go to the front desk and get a new roll, as well as clean towels. Our trash piled up so much that I resorted to taking it down myself to a large trash can by the ice machine. For almost 300 a night I...
