„This is our second stay at the Purple Porpoise and our family of 10 had a great vacation both times.Things we loved: Location, view, marsh, house design and outside spaces. Suggestions: Extra towels, fridge way too small for 10 people and ice maker was anemic and fridge took a long time to cool back down after loading it. A large salad bowl and some regular cookie sheets would be nice. Sharpen knives. One broken beach chair and a lounge chair by the pool needs replacing. None of these, ...

Highly recommend for a wonderful, laid back beach vacation. “

„Great stay! Location was amazing being right on the beach. It was an easy walk down to the beach as well. The closet was full of beach supplies such as boogie boards, chairs and buckets/shovels for kids. Also nets to catch little fish in the ocean which was a favorite for my kids. Crabbing in the evening with flashlights was a hit too! It was big enough to have our own space when needed but small enough to be cozy and gather with family. We spent a lot of time on the deck in the evenings.  ...

„Very clean, updated, well equipped kitchen. Loved the kids bedroom for our 5 gkids. Had full bath with 2 bunk beds. Full size beds (2 kids ea) on ground and 2 twin beds above. We rented for a full week so we had the daily tent service which we all loved. It could shade 5-6 people at a time.“

„We stayed here for the 4th of July and we enjoyed this house so much that we secured it for next 4th of July before we left. Check in was easy. I had a few questions when we first arrived and response time was quick from the homeowner. We had 2 boats and 2 kayaks and they all fit. We just secured the boats beside one another without blocking the canal for other boaters. Location was perfect! Public beach access was almost right off this street.
