« The beds were very comfortable, and the view was amazing! We were under the impression that because it was a VRBO that it would have the amenities of a typical VRBO, like coffee maker and refrigerator in the room. There was no complimentary coffee in the lobby either. Only for purchase. There was also a tip envelope in the room with the housekeeper's name on it, just like in a hotel, but the room did not get cleaned while we stayed. No linens, trash removal, extra toilet paper, tissues etc. »

« We were looking for a family retreat weekend and choose Kelley’s Island. The hotel said it could accommodate 6 persons but only I bedroom was private. The other areas were on way to only bathroom.
