« A beautiful home with amazing al fresco dining and rooftop kitchen. This view cannot be matched. Close enough to amenities of the local shops, but quiet and private. We had a wonderful week with Gaetano and Giuseppina. They were so kind and hospitable. We stayed comfortably across 3.5 air conditioned bedrooms and could not get enough of the space and peace and the view. We will be back. Grazie mille. »

« We had a group of 11 stay at Villa Mariani. The host Kim was fantastic as was Sylvia and the whole crew. The place is a fantastic sitting up in the hills overlooking the town of San Felice Circeo. The driveway getting up to the place gave us a little pause but once you are up there it’s unreal. I’d definitely get a car and Kim and team were great and had one delivered to us.
