« This property was very small, quiet, and well kept Our 1 bedroom was very nice and spacoius. Most of the staff were very friendly with the exception of a few. The front desk was helpful with whatever we needed. The breakfast was good and the cheesy grits were excellent. The beach was clean and a lounge chair was always avaliable. The only downside is that the property is further away from the downtown area, »

« Susan's great cooking and kindliness, the magnificent beach bar, great sunsets.Exciting excursions => snorkelling on Three Marys Beach was amazing (just us and the fish, after a wild dirt track ride),. We thought and we probably were the only tourists on the island.The crossing to Middle Caicos is a real roller-coaster. Overall: loved the place. »

« The staff were very friendly and extremely attentive to the guests, Took the time to know all of us by name - Shout out to Ron and Ty! Amazing breakfast and dinner! Service was stunningly amazing. Small private beach but plenty of room for the hotel guests and the pool waa also excellent. Definitely on my list to return »

« Rocky and his wife were awesome from the very moment my daughters and I arrived. He was helpful in guiding us to great food places and local things to do with kids. I would stay here every time even if it’s 10-15 away from all the beaches due to the peace and love he and his family shared. To those booming this property in the future please rent a car but otherwise your in great hands »

« I liked the privacy of the property and access to the beach and the amenities of activities. Property not taking all major credit cards like Discover and not knowing this upfront could be an issue .... need to make this public knowledge... Point Grace did not take Discover but their other properties accepted Discover... This is not a favorable score on this only.... »

« Hôtel complètement isolé, 6KM de chemin de terre avant d'arriver. Mais un endroit sublime 6 KM de plage de sable blanc, superbes condos très bien équipé, belle piscine et jaccuzi chauffé. Pour ceux qui aiment la tranquillité, Mais il faut une auto, pas de restaurant sur place (en juillet)et le plus près est à 5 KM. De même que l'épicerie encore plus loin. Nous avons adoré et nous y retournerions demain matin. L'appartement était poussiéreux à notre arrivée, mais après un petit ménage tout était...

« Our stay was pretty much perfect. The staff was always friendly which is rare to find these days. The beach chairs are cushioned and comfortable, plenty of umbrellas, easy to find a spot. The room was clean and spacious. Food was great! Service was always fast except for our last day for lunch at The Deck restaurant. Waited an extremely long time for our food and it didn't seem super busy. Location of hotel was great as you could easily walk into town. Will definitely return! Jay the Filipino...
