« The Staff were fantastic - couldn't be more helpful. Room was ok, very clean, and had a good night's rest. Lovely meal and had a nice wander around the village. Very convenient off the A303 for a break on our trip to Cornwall. Highly recommend. »

« Been here a few times for food with my mum, taking her out the care home , Didn’t know they did rooms till I found on here .nice big rooms, bed is ok if not a on the soft side for me … Overall quiet , staff were great, really nice breakfast too . »

« Booked as got stuck on the A303, nice staff, great breakfast and hard to argue with the price. My only minor criticism is being 6’3 the light they’d fitted to the single room was basically at face height so I cracked my head a couple of times getting in and out of bed. Otherwise would recommend for a cheap stay. »

« Hôtel tres bien situé à 2 pas de l'abbaye mais des choses a revoir. Les fenêtres tres anciennes et l'ancienneté du bâtiment dont que l'isolation y est a parfaire... beaucoup même... très lourd dans la chambre malgré le fait qu'il ne faisait pas plus de 22° dehors. On ne peux pas ouvrir beaucoup les fenêtres. Le ventilateur est bruyant. On enrends aussi pas mal les bruits dans le couloir et les chanbres proches Le bar du bas est aussi très animé le soir il faut en tenir compte »

« Crossways is a gem of a hotel with wonderful views of Glastonbury Tor and the surrounding countryside. The beds are comfortable and Internet access is very good. Everywhere is very clean and the staff are generally very good. There was just one morning when the staff lost track of who still needed to order their breakfasts. Talking of tracks the road to the hotel from Pilton is single track but it is worth the care needed to get there. »

« Bon accueil. La chambre au rdc est au calme et propre ainsi que la salle de douche. Le plafond est bas, mais on ne se sent pas opprimé. Nous avons dîné au pub, très beau décors. Nous y avons bien mangé (éviter la purée). English breakfast excellent et copieux, à essayer au moins une fois. Le personnel ne parle pas français, mais très disponible cependant. »

« Excellent rapport qualité/prix pour cette auberge. Personnel très agréable, à l'écoute et serviable. Chambre confortable. Très bon petit déjeuner. Le Pub propose une carte variée et d'excellents plats (les meilleurs du séjour). Beaucoup de sites à visiter dans un rayon d'1h, 1h15 de route : Cardiff, Bath, Exeter, Burnham on sea... Merci »

« L’hôtellerie semble être une annexe du pub, ce qui n'est nullement négatif vu le charme de cet établissement historique et de l'accueil sympathique du personnel. L'ambiance y est très bonne, la restauration est de bon niveau et l'ambiance générale, considérant la clientèle, est très "Glastonbury"! Les chambres (du moins au 2ème étage) ne souffrent pas de l'ambiance du pub et le calme est appréciable. »

« Nice place to stay - very convenient for events at Sparkford Hall as its walkable in 10 minutes - comfy family room which was spacious and had the essentials with a nice clean bathroom. Would stay again in the future as it was in quite a nice location. »

« The staff are very welcoming and friendly. Service is very good. The double room was very clean and tidy. Also quite, though you do, as someone else has mentioned previously, hear the church bells. Have to say it was not a problem for me. The room was very comfortable, a lovely view along Church Lane and across the stone cottages. It has the usual room facilities. The bathroom facilities were very good, especially the shower, as it was one of the few that I have used in hotels that did not leak...

« Ein wirklich tolles und etwas besonders Hotel. Wir mochten das Frühstück, es wurde frisch serviert und das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Gerne wieder!! »
